Students with early-stage business ideas with chance to win money to take their new venture to the next step.
APPLICATION OPENS: Monday, October 3rd
Four prizes of $1,000 each!
The winner of each track will win $1,000 and advance to the network competition.
The 4 tracks are:
Health & Life Sciences
Social and Climate Impact
Consumer Products & Services

Eligibility
THE APPLICANT MUST
Be a current student (undergraduate or graduate-level)
Be a founder/co-founder (i.e., the person with the original idea)
Be in the earliest stages -have an idea or have just started building on an idea
Create a profile on Startup Tree and apply as an individual or in teams of 2
Campus Round:
Winner from each of 4 track across each school receives $1,000 and invitation to complete as finalist in network round.
Network Round:
Winner from each of the 4 tracks will win $10,000
$10k to Campus Directors or program with the most applicants across three groups
Evaluation Criteria
Leadership–why they are uniquely positioned to start and lead this
Innovation –how different is this idea from competitors
Market Potential –how big can this get and is it achievable?
