Our Mission
The Blackstone Launchpad at UAlbany leads University-wide initiatives to launch successful startups and commercialize technology created by SUNY Albany students, faculty and researchers. We are a team of startup experts that offers educational programming and events, and help identify funding opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Opportunities abound for students to get involved at the University at Albany. Home to more than 200 student clubs and organizations, as well as 19 Division I athletics teams, UAlbany provides outlets for any student interest, from political and government clubs, to cultural or religious-affiliated organizations, as well as entrepreneurial programs that encourages personal and professional growth.

GivDapps is a community donation platform. This mobile donation app allows you to make monetary contributions to community members of your choice. We select families with a specific need by collaborating with other nonprofit organizations. Follow the progress of the family you care about with a contribution timeline.
Major Buzz LLC is a mobile application development company. We create apps that enhance the everyday experience of the user. Our apps work separately or in conjunction with each other, and will all feature our exclusive rewards system. Our first mobile application is Zoombeeto, a food ordering application for college students, which is scheduled to launch summer 2016.
Users are immersed in a gamified social community where the top photos or videos wins prizes from our sponsors and the bragging rights have never been more real! Compete with your friends for the most "Epic Photo of the Weekend" or "Most Embarrassing Photo of your Friend." Oh yeah, you have the option to post anonymously too!
The MASH Card is a student based company, where "MASH" stands for Make All Students Happy. We built a community around the student body, where we collaborate with the students to enhance their college experience, while incentivizing daily activities and constant discounts around campuses.
At the cross-road of creativity & research, we craft media content that hits the heart of your audience, forming a new bond with your customers. Our style is story-driven, cinematic in nature & above all a higher standard. Will let our work speak for itself though.
